How do I create a poll?

Open the Sway app, tap "+ New", type your question, add your options, and tap "Create Poll". You'll get a link to share with anyone.

Do voters need the app?

No. Voters open the link in any browser and vote directly — no app or sign-up needed.

How do I share my poll?

After creating a poll, tap "Share" to send the link via text, email, or any app. You can also copy the link from the poll detail screen.

Can someone vote more than once?

Sway uses device-based identification to limit each person to one vote per poll. It's not perfect, but it works well for casual polls.

What happens when my poll expires?

The poll stops accepting new votes. You can still view the results in the app under the "Expired" tab.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sway Premium → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium features until the end of your billing period.

I lost my polls after reinstalling the app

Sway will automatically restore your polls from the server when you open the app. If they don't appear, they may have expired and been removed.

How do I restore my premium subscription?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored if it's still active.
