By using Sway ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sway is a peer-to-peer polling application that allows users to create polls, share them via links, and collect anonymous votes. The App is available on iOS with a web-based voting interface.
Sway does not require account creation. Your identity is tied to a device identifier. If you delete the app, your local poll history may be lost.
Sway offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $4.99/month (USD). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
You are responsible for the content of your polls. You agree not to create polls that contain hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any poll that violates these terms.
Your use of Sway is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Sway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service. Polls are ephemeral and may be deleted after expiration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sway and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
